Village of Algonquin, Illinois (the “Village”) is seeking Qualifications and a Project Scope for the redevelopment of the former Algonquin State Bank on a ±0.2 acre property in downtown Algonquin. The Development Team can consider either remodeling the existing building or demolishing and constructing a new building at this location. The Village prefers that the Development Team bring in a restaurant user on the first floor, but other sales tax generating businesses will be considered.
